Building disposition for a newly built data center in Quebec.
Size: 14 MW newly built data center Transaction Snapshot: Our team worked with Ericsson to define their requirements, developed and lead an RFI/RFP competitive bidding process to find a suitable buyer. The result was a detailed evaluation of a wide variety of wholesale colocation solutions available to Ericsson. We were able to complete a successful disposition of the asset within the compressed timeline.
